In-Person Notarization at Our Orlando Office
In-person notarization is the traditional form of notarization where you appear before a commissioned Florida notary public at our office. The notary verifies your identity using a government-issued photo ID, witnesses your signature, and applies a physical ink stamp and seal to your document.
Some institutions, government agencies, and foreign countries specifically require documents with a wet ink notary signature and physical seal. In-person notarization meets this requirement and is universally accepted for apostille processing through the Florida Department of State.
Our Orlando office is equipped to handle all standard notarization needs, including affidavits, powers of attorney, consent forms, real estate documents, corporate resolutions, sworn statements, and more. On-demand witnesses are available if your document requires them.
If you are located outside the Orlando area or need notarization outside of business hours, consider our Remote Online Notarization (RON) service, which allows you to notarize documents from anywhere via secure video call.
