Virtual Mailbox with a U.S. Address

It is a street address at our Orlando office with your own PMB (private mailbox number), not a P.O. box. Your mail is addressed using our street address followed by your PMB number.

Your mailbox is a commercial mail receiving agency (CMRA) address with a private mailbox number (PMB). It can be used for most mail and correspondence, but it is not a residential or registered-agent address. Some banks, government agencies, and other organizations may require a residential address, so we recommend checking their requirements when necessary.

USPS Form 1583 authorizes a Commercial Mail Receiving Agency (CMRA) like ours to receive mail on your behalf. Each adult on the mailbox needs a separate form, which we prepare for you, and provides two current documents: a government-issued photo ID and a separate proof of address that USPS accepts. Names and addresses must match what is entered on the form. The online notarization of Form 1583 is included in your setup. You can review the current USPS form and its list of accepted documents.

As soon as we have reviewed your notarized Form 1583 and ID documents and completed the USPS registration, we assign your PMB and let you know the mailbox is active. Please wait for that confirmation before giving the address to anyone.

One request covers up to 10 pages. A longer document counts as one request for every 10 pages or fewer. Every plan includes 10 requests per month, and unused requests do not roll over. Extra requests cost $1.50 each. Envelope photos are automatic and never count toward your allowance.

Forwarding within the U.S. ships via USPS and costs $20 per request for up to 4 oz, plus $10 for each additional 6 oz or fraction. International forwarding ships via FedEx and costs $85 per request for up to 4 oz, plus $20 for each additional 6 oz or fraction. We confirm the destination and shipping details with you before anything goes out.

No. The mailbox accepts envelopes, letters, large envelopes, and documents only. USPS parcels are refused or returned to the sender, and deliveries from private carriers such as UPS and FedEx are refused.

Your cancellation date and any refund follow the plan terms we give you before activation. After the service ends, USPS rules require us to keep forwarding mail that arrives for you for at least six months, with new postage charged to you. USPS does not process a change-of-address order from a commercial mailbox address, so update your address directly with banks, agencies, and anyone else who writes to you.

Yes. The service is built for people who live outside the U.S. and need their U.S. correspondence in one place. Setup, including the online notarization of Form 1583, is done remotely, so you never need to visit our office.
